The Forsaken Westerns – El Coyote – tv shows full episodes

El Coyote western TV series episode pilot starring Muriel Davis and George Brent this is the pilot episode of a suggested TV series titled El Coyote from 1957. This is episode 10 of The Forsaken Westerns, an original TV series produced by Westerns On The Web Productions. In this episode Muriel Davis (American gymnast team gold medal winner at the 1963 Pan American Games, she also competed in all artistic gymnastics events at the 1956, 1960 and 1964 Olympics) stars as the title character Jane Edwards who now takes on the identity of El Coyote. The avenger of long ago disappeared and now Jane takes on the part when the need for the old time hero presents itself again. Her father Colonel Bart Edwards is retired from the military and now runs a newspaper. This is the only known existing episode of this show. It is a shame because it looks like it could have been a great series with a young girl starring as a Zorro type character. The Forsaken Westerns series contains episodes of TV shows that were never broadcast or have not been broadcast in as many as 65 years. Almost lost forever, these rare television film treasures are now being released and uploaded for free viewing from the archive collection.
