The Cisco Kid – western TV show. Leo Carrillo was almost 70 years old when he started playing the part of Pancho in The Cisco Kid western series. Duncan Renaldo was in his 50’s when he started playing the part of The Cisco Kid! These two wonderful western hero characters roam the west righting wrongs and helping people in need.

The Cisco Kid COLOR western television series was very popular and ran from 1950 – 1956. Starring Duncan Renaldo and Leo Carrillo as Cisco and Pancho. There are 156 episodes of The Cisco Kid. Uncle Disinherits Niece full episode.

I cannot tell you how nice it is to see some of the sets, and places here in So. California. I recognize many of these places, and have ridden my horse in some. Like Vasquez rocks, and Red Rock Canyon where many movies and serials were made.
In fact even the science fiction stuff like Star trek, and Star wars were shot in local areas. Ricardo Springs was a famous area, that the bandit “Black Bart”, who used to rob the stages from Nevada, and the silver shipments from the mines at Cerro Gordo, and Bodie! That area is now part of Red Rock Canyon state park, in California. Also many westerns were made just outside Lone Pine, in the Owens Valley, as many are still being made there. slick rock
